DELIVERY CHARGES & INFORMATION
We are constantly striving to bring our carriage costs down whilst also maintaining a high standard of service. With this aim in mind, we have recently negotiated an excellent rate with Parcelforce and now send all our parcels using this courier - they are totally reliable and provide an on-line tracking service so we always know where your parcel is at any time.
PARCELFORCE PROVIDE US WITH A 24 HOUR UK DELIVERY SERVICE SO YOU SHOULD RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN A MAXIMUM 48 HOURS PROVIDING SUFFICIENT STOCK IS AVAILABLE

UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES (including Isle of Man)
We have a flat rate delivery charge of £6.95 to all UK Mainland addresses. Your delivery charge will be calculated and added to your order at the Final Checkout stage of your purchase.
IMPORTANT: Parcelforce generally require a signature for all deliveries - that way we can track your parcel in the event of any problems. However, you have the choice of requesting that your parcel is "Left in a Safe Place" in which case your delivery will be left without a signature but neither ourselves or Parcelforce will be held responsible for missing parcels or non-delivery once the goods have left our warehouse. If you want your parcel "Left in a Safe Place" then request this in the special instructions box at the checkout.
NORTHERN IRELAND & CHANNEL ISLANDS
We charge a flat rate of £14.95 to Northern Ireland and £12.50 to Jersey and Guernsey. Delivery is via Parcelfrorce 24
EUROPEAN ADDRESSES
We use Parcelforce Euro 48 to deliver to Europe - this is a 48 Hour guaranteed delivery service. For most countries, we have negotiated a flat rate for parcels up to 30 Kilos in weight. If your country is not listed below, please email us for a delivery price quotation
