Q: How do I know if the item I want is in stock?
A: As the main distributor and manufacturer of the majority of products offered on this website, we usually have sufficient stock to satisfy all orders within 24 hours. However, exceptional demand for a product could cause it temporarily to go 'out of stock'. If this should happen then we will indicate this next to the product concerned and you will not be able to place an order for it.

Q: Why are your products so much cheaper than many similar products I've seen?
A: When you buy from us you are buying DIRECT from the distributor so you are not incurring a retailer's profit margin.

Q: If I place an order via your website, when will it be delivered?
Orders to UK Mainland addresses are despatched via Parcelforce and you will usually receive it within 2-3 working days. Orders to most other countries within the EEC take around 3-5 days to be delivered. Click >here< for more information regarding delivery times.

Q: How much do you charge for delivery?

Q: How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using any internationally recognised debit ot credit card using a secure online credit card processing system. You can also pay using PayPal.

Q: I've heard a lot of people say that its unsafe to use your credit card on the internet. Is your website secure?
A: Your credit or debit card will be processed by WorldPay which is a division of the Royal Bank of Scotland. We do not store your card details on our system.

Q: I really don't like ordering via the internet. Is there a phone number I can call to place an order?
A: Yes, you can phone our telesales number Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm). The number is shown at the top of each web page.

Q: I need some more advice or information about a particular product. How can I get this?
A: You can click the 'More Details' button for any product or, if you prefer, you can call one of our sales advisors on the number shown on our 'Contacts' page.

Q: What happens if I buy from you and I'm not happy with the product when I receive it?
A: If the product is defective or damaged in any way then we will arrange for it to be collected and after inspection, will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. A: All our products are covered by our 12 month guarantee. This doesn't affect your Stautory Rights.

Q: Where do I get spares and/or replacement filters and gels
A: Naturally, we carry a large stock of spares and replacements all of which can be bought online via our website.

Q: Are your products safe and 'eco-friendly'?
A: We pride ourselves on our approach to producing environmentally safe products. For example, our odour absorbing gels and fragrance gels are totally water based and do not contain oil or petroleum ingredients.

Q: How do you use the personal information I give you?
A: We will not disclose or offer your personal details (including your email address) to any other company or indvidual without your consent. We will only use your details in connection with our products and related items.
